Compass is an innovative tech brokerage focused on building the first modern real estate platform, pairing the industry’s top talent with technology to make the search and sell experience intelligent and seamless. During my time at Compass, I served as a designer helping to create brand experiences for our agents. This included agents’ visual identities, print layouts, and visual experiences in motion.
Boston Marathon Campaign 2019
Our Spring out of home campaign ran throughout Boston’s 2019 Marathon season and remained throughout the year. This campaign's goal was to promote our agent’s listings and strengthen the Compass brand throughout the Greater Boston area. To achieve this, 100+ units spread through MetroWest into the city and across waters into Greater Boston’s South Shore.



Agent Branding Monograms
In accordance with the Compass brand guidelines, all identities are created in black and white. All have a consistent balance between simplicity, geometry, legibility, and abstraction. Each identity is created for its respective agent, tying together with its unique personality and voice.


Agent Branding In Motion
At Compass, many of our agents advertise in a digital space. With more than 20,000 agents within the Compass umbrella, agents are often finding the need to differentiate themselves amongst other agents. This is achieved through elements that can be carried out through motion, from animated logos to explainer videos used to reach lead buyers and sellers. Animated elements allow us to add personality and character over digital platforms within our agent’s brands.
